At ToyKarts, we strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner with reputed national courier services to ensure your toys reach you safely.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India. If our courier partners do not service your specific location, we will inform you within 24–48 hours and issue a full refund.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: – 5-7 business days.
- Rest of India: 7-9 business days.
- Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local conditions or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and an SMS with your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to 3 times.
Customer Unavailability / Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us (Return to Origin – RTO) due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or an incorrect/incomplete address, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount for prepaid orders.
For COD orders, repeated failed deliveries or refused orders may result in restrictions on Cash on Delivery availability for future purchases.
Tampered or Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or physically damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@toykarts.in with photos/videos of the package for quick assistance.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If a shipment is confirmed lost by our logistics partner, we will either resend the product or provide a full refund. As per our Refund Policy, a mandatory unboxing video is required for any claims regarding transit damage.
